- Hosting or operating servers that distribute pirated content.
- Violating Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regulations.
C. Network Abuse and Security Violations
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any network, system, or device.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or engaging in phishing, spam, or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
- Using the network to compromise the security of others or attempting to bypass security measures.
D. Excessive Bandwidth Consumption & Fair Use
- Running high-bandwidth applications that negatively impact network performance.
- Operating data centers, file-sharing hubs, or cryptocurrency mining operations without explicit permission.
- Any use that degrades service quality for other users.
E. Resale and Redistribution
- Reselling or redistributing GoSky Connect services to third parties without authorization.
- Extending service beyond a single household or business location without an authorized multi-user agreement.
3. Network Performance and Traffic Management
GoSky Connect reserves the right to:
- Implement reasonable network management practices to ensure fair access.
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate services for excessive or disruptive use.
- Take action against activities that compromise network integrity.
4. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning notices for minor infractions.
- Service suspension or bandwidth limitations.
- Termination of services without refund for severe or repeated violations.
- Legal action for criminal or malicious activities.
GoSky Connect has the sole discretion to determine policy violations. We may investigate complaints and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
