Refund Policy

GoSky Connect is committed to providing high-speed internet services to households, MDUs, and businesses. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service was not activated or delivered as promised.
- Billing errors resulting in overcharges.
- Service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours due to a failure on our end.
- Customer cancels within the applicable money-back guarantee period (if offered as part of a promotion).
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Activation fees and installation charges.
- Monthly subscription fees after service has been used.
- Equipment rental fees if the equipment is not returned in good condition.
- Late payment fees and administrative charges.
3. Cancellation & Prorated Refunds
Customers who cancel their service before the end of a billing cycle may be eligible for a prorated refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within the first 30 days of service activation may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations after the initial 30 days will not be eligible for a refund but will prevent future charges.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:
- Contact GoSky Connect Customer Support at support@goskyconnect.com or call 1-855-655-6613.
- Provide account details and a reason for the refund request.
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, an alternative refund method will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Equipment Returns
If a refund request is related to equipment, the following conditions apply:
- Equipment must be returned within 14 days of service cancellation.
- Equipment should be in working condition and free of physical damage.
- Failure to return the equipment may result in additional fees.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- Service interruptions were caused by customer actions or third-party providers.
- The customer failed to follow troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.
- The service was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
