GoSky Connect primarily provides high-speed internet services. While our services do not typically require physical shipments, there may be cases where customers receive equipment such as routers, modems, or other necessary devices.

1. Processing & Shipping Times

• If physical equipment is required, orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

• Standard shipping times vary based on location but generally range from 3-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited shipping may be available upon request, subject to carrier availability and additional costs.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

• We use standard carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for equipment delivery.

• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or provided during the ordering process.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your equipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact support@goskyconnect.com or call 1-855-655-6613within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement request.

• Customers may be required to provide photos of damaged items to process claims.

4. Installation & Setup

• Customers are responsible for installing the equipment unless a professional installation service is included with their plan.

• Setup instructions will be provided with the equipment or made available online.
